  1. SEAACA has used products from Health Technology since the early 90's and we have been very pleased with the results. Their products are safe, employee friendly, easy to use and cost effective. Our facility has not seen any major outbreaks of the common canine or feline diseases, a testament to the products we use and our dedicated animal care staff! Thanks for helping us maintain a safe and pleasant animal care center for all!

  2. Hi,
I just wanted to thank you for the great service and the great products. HT products have made a big difference in keeping our facility clean and odor free! Triple Two is the best all purpose solution we've ever used. Eliminator is also amazing!
For BIG odor problems there is nothing better.

    Thanks,

  3. We have been using their line of disinfectants, degreasers, deodorizers, laundry and floor care checmicals in our pet adoption centers. These products work well, smell good and are cost effective as they have metered dispensing systems. Additionally, these products replace the need for extensive and excessive use of bleach which, in turn, has reduced the number of bleach related injuries, uniform discolorations and inadvertent burns. The company has been supportive to our staff teaching sanitation techniques and methods to prevent disease into our shelters.

    Sincerely,

  5. Dear Chris,
When I first met you at the Central Veterinary Conference in August of 2001, I was experiencing what I considered to be an excessive amount of expensive keeping kennel disinfectant in stock. I think that the extra glug-glug into the mop bucket or the trigger sprayers was really costing me money. Then you demonstrated to me how your disinfectant mixer accurately mixes the prescribed amount of disinfectant into the trigger spray bottles and mop buckets, and I was convinced that it would save me money in the long run. I am pleased to report to you that the mixer has cut my disinfectant costs in HALF, and I am very pleased with it.

It has been in use now for about two years and we are also very pleased with the quality of microbe control that we've received with your Triple Two disinfectant, and we are using it exclusively for our kennel and clinic disinfectant. We are also very pleased with the disinfectant system utilizing the foaming water gun in our kennels.
Thanks again for showing me how to save on disinfecant expenses with the mixer.

  6. To: Mr. Mel Forbes Customer Service Rep
    Re: Truckee-Tahoe Kennels

    Dear Mel,
"I'm delinquent in following up on the visit Chris made to our resort last month and I wanted to be sure I wrote to you before I got too far behind. We own a new all suites boarding facility in Northern California and have been a customer of HT for about a year now. Our staff attended the ABKA Convention in Sacramento in October and we all felt it was time well spent. I was late arriving to the convention and only met up with my team in time for dinner that night. One of the topics of conversation was HT Products and the HT Representative on hand whose name was Chris. The buzz was about how much this guy knew about the products you carry and how I had to visit with him the next day.
As the booths did not open until the next afternoon, I was walking through the lobby in the morning outside the meeting rooms. I struck up a conversation with a guy who knew everyone and was seemingly the only rep around during off hours. It turned out his name was Chris and he was the guy I was supposed to meet from HT. Two hours later I was still absorbing information! Not only was he impressive with his product knowledge, but at every juncture he was saving me money and helping me improve the health and safety of my four legged guests. We agreed at the show on the installation of a laundry detergent dispensing system and a number of other products that while we were already using them, we did not know about all the quantity savings, use and storage options, and the multi-touch dispensing stations. During our time together, Chris made a lot of promises, not the smallest of which was to personally come to our facility, conduct a complete review of our health and cleaning systems and, by the way, install our new laundry detergent/bleach dispensing system. Chris showed up on time, rolled up his sleeves and went to work. Within a couple of hours, he had automated our laundry system, looked in every corner of our facility, made countless recommendations, and upgraded our chemical dispensing stations. His product knowledge is unsurpassed by anyone we have met in the industry to date. That's important for sure but what most impressed everyone was this guy's attitude. He's not only product smart but when it comes to dealing with customers as demanding as we are, he was an absolute champion. He's friendly, outgoing, a great listener, and very easy company.
Please extend our thanks to Chris for a job well done and we look forward to working with you as we grow our business."

  7. We are a startup veterinary emergency hospital and we have had the Veterinary Hospital Sanitation System since we opened. We asked our staff what they thought of the system and some of the responses are: smells great, easy to use, works great and economical. We are still using the first bottle of concentrate after eight months! The foam sprayer is very effective for cleaning runs and hammock beds. In a nutshell, we could not be happier!

  9. We have been using Health Technology Professional Products to clean the kennels and runs at Scott County Animal Hospital for four months now. The metered dispenser has helped all the kennel staff to use the appropriate amount of spray and foam for cleaning and we no longer run out of cleaner as fast as we did before.
The Hose End Foamer keeps the metal cages smelling clean and the Cage & Kennel Degreaser/Deodorizer has allowed us to keep the cage doors clean. No matter how hard or long we scrubbed the tops of the cages before; we could still not remove all the grimy build-up. We are so thankful we can get the cages completely clean for the animals and to know they are protected from serious diseases.
The Foamer is a quick way to cover an entire run with cleaner before scrubbing. Anything that saves time and works better is a great help, especially when we have quite a few large dogs! The doors to the runs were quite dirty and other products could not remove any of the build up. We used the Cage & Kennel Degreaser/Deodorizer on the doors and years of scum have come off the metal fencing on the doors and they look better than ever!
Thank you for making products that actually do what they are supposed to! They make it easier for the kennel staff to do their job and keep the kennel clean and safe for all the animals! Definitely a four paws product!

  10. We have been using the Pleasant Peach hand soap for over a year in our shelter veterinary hospital. To prevent cross-contamination, we are constantly washing our hands or wearing gloves (which further dry out our skin). In the past, every winter we've all had cracked, dry hands but this past winter we noticed that didn't happen! We love the peach scent and we especially love how gentle the soap is. We are so glad we found this product and refuse to order anything else!

    Thanks!

  11. This winter was extremely harsh for us here in Texas. Trying to cut down on Kennel Cough in our kennels is always a challenge. We have 101 kennels here at this shelter. I had used Triple Two at another facility some years back and remembered how will it worked fighting this upper respiratory illness. After retiring and then coming to the Weatherford/Parker County Animal Shelter, for two years kennel cough was out of control. I finally found an old order magazine and ordered Triple Two. After using this product everyday during our harsh, cold winter, we only had about five cases of Kennel Cough. It did not spread normally as it does and kept our animals adoptable. We just want you to know what a terrific product this is!
